Global Adjustments Services is an expatriate services company that provides support for relocation and cross-cultural services, helping families from all over the world move from and to India.
==Company history==

Global Adjustments was started by Ranjini Manian in 1995. The idea was a suggestion of her friend, a diplomat's wife, Joanne Grady Huskey.
Initially, the company set about helping expatriates move to India with minimum difficulty. As part of its expat assistance services, the company conducts sensitizing courses, aimed at helping foreigners navigate Indian social dilemmas and deal with the country's many contrasts.
The courses also include understanding the Indian business environment and understanding different behavioral signs during business discussions.
As of April 2008, the company had worked with expats from 74 countries.
Global Adjustments also publishes a cultural magazine, ''At A Glance: Understanding India'', which focuses on the cultural and social life of India now the name of the magazine is changed to Culturama. It has been in circulation for fourteen years and has five city editions in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi/ NCR, Mumbai and Pune.
India Immersion Centre (IIC), is a relatively new facility opened by Global Adjustments. It offers skills learning, cultural experiences, entertainment, and social networking for members and their guests.
The Founder and CEO, Ranjini Manian authored the book "Doing Business in India for Dummies" in 2007, a practical guide for growing one's business in India. Her second book "Upworldly Mobile" was published in September 2011 by Penguin Books India, containing practical tips for young Indian professionals interacting with foreign cultures.
